One look at these cases, and you can immediately see what makes the NAS3 from Shell Shock Technologies different from any other cases currently on the market. They are made in two pieces. The case head is aluminum, which is nickel plated in the standard form but can also be anodized in any color to suit the needs of manufacturers. That's bonded to a nickel alloy stainless cylinder that is stronger and more elastic than brass.
Though I have no way to empirically test the marketing claims, I thought this was too interesting an idea not to share anyway.
